Yes, we ship Worldwide!

All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days, excluding Express mail which is processed within one business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information.

All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days excluding overnight which ships within 1 business day. At checkout, select the shipment method of your choice.

US Orders:
1. Standard Shipping (2-5 business days once shipped) -- Free for orders over $100

2. USPS Priority Mail  (2-3 business days once shipped) Option also appears if order is over 1lb.


3. FedEx Overnight *Ships the same business day if placed by 12:00 PM Est. Saturday delivery is not available.

International and Canadian Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service once receiving the product and we will be glad to assist you.

Returns

We will gladly accept your return for a refund or store credit within 14 business days.

We are no longer accepting exchanges in order to provide our customers with a faster return turnaround.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor.

Item(s) must be returned accompanied by this return form. Missing fields will result in delay of processing your return.

We are no longer accepting exchanges in order to provide our customers with a faster return turnaround.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: (refunds/gift certificate not accepted) formal dresses/gowns, clearance items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie and swimwear.

Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Hot Miami Styles.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Gift Certificates are valid only at HotMiamiStyles.com.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days once we have received your returned package.

 To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift you will need the information that was emailed to you. If you have lost this information, please contact customer service so that they can resend you the information.

Hot Miami Styles carries US junior size clothing and are cut smaller than women's size clothing. Please see our size chart to help order the correct size. If you are in doubt about which size to order, we suggest you order the size larger.
